- Preference will be given to candidates with the education, training and experience in Christian ministry to children and youth.
- Preference given to candidates desiring a full-time position but part-time position is negotiable with a successful candidate.
- Must have a passion for children and youth and be able to incorporate that passion into the ESBC fellowship.
- He/she must possess good teaching and communications skills.
