2) The Southern Baptist Convention's 2020 Resolutions Committee was announced this week. The group includes two N.C. Baptists: Bruce Ashford, professor of theology and culture, dean of faculty and provost at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary; elder at The Summit Church, Durham, N.C.; and Brooke Medina, director of communications for Civitas Institute and on the board of directors for ReCity Network in Durham, N.C.; member of The Summit Church, Durham, N.C.
