Magnolia Baptist Church is seeking a part-time (approx 20 hrs/wk) Next Gen Children’s/Youth Pastor who is passionate about discipling the next generations in Christ. This role is focused on leading and supporting the spiritual growth of children & youth through teaching, evangelism, fellowship, ministry involvement, and worship.

The ideal candidate will have a clear testimony of salvation, a heart for working with young people, and the ability to teach biblical truth in an engaging and age-appropriate way. The candidate must agree with the Baptist Faith & Message 2000 & be willing to join MBC upon hire.
