Dudley Shoals Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking a Associate Pastor/Youth Ministry. The primary responsibility of this position will be to provide leadership and teaching for the youth ministry of our church (7th-12th grades). He must exhibit a personal and growing relationship with Jesus, is spiritually mature, enthusiastic, and someone to bring fresh vision and leadership to this already healthy ministry. Our goal is for students to Come to Christ, to Grow in Him, and to Serve Jesus in advancing the gospel beyond youth group.

This position will work to establish intentional relationships with the church’s families by encouraging and equipping parents to disciple their children. This person will assist the lead pastor in areas of preaching, worship leadership, visitation, counseling, and administration as needed. Ultimately it is our vision that he would love the Lord and the Word of God, be willing to cultivate a team mindset working with our staff, and have a heart for God’s church.
