First Baptist Church Crossnore is seeking a full-time Youth Pastor to lead and grow our student ministry. This position includes a competitive salary and benefits.
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Lead and expand youth discipleship programs
- Plan and oversee retreats, camps, mission trips, and special events
- Mentor students and support their families
- Recruit and train youth ministry volunteers
- Maintain weekday office hours and be available for evening/weekend ministry events
