K. Allan Blume BR Editor | Are you getting it? This week’s print copy of the Biblical Recorder is in the mail and will arrive at your home or church soon. Of course, if you subscribe to the digital edition, you probably have read it online already. The digital edition is posted by Wednesday every week the Recorder is published. Are you getting it? If you have a paid subscription to the print edition of the Recorder, you can get access to the digital edition FREE! Or you can purchase a one-year digital edition for a mere $5.99! Contact our subscription office to get your access set up today. Isn’t it all the same? We get that question a lot. Is the content the same in the print edition, on the website and in the BRweekly? No it is not. Yes there is some duplication, but there is material in the printed copy that is not online or in the BRweekly. For example, we do not publish retirements, staff changes, obituaries and other special features on the website – this material is exclusive to the print edition (and the digital edition, since it is an exact duplicate of the print). So if you are just reading the website, you are missing some very helpful information. Even this BRweekly has unique material every week that is not found elsewhere. Do you want to be sure you are getting everything? It’s very simple. You get it ALL when you subscribe to the print edition of the Biblical Recorder and sign up for the free BRweekly. The website is already free to everyone. Don’t miss any of the important news and information we provide for you! This is the very important week of prayer for international missions. Stories in print and online are telling about our missionaries and the work they do around the world. I hope you are praying this week and every week. Also, please read my editorial about generous giving, and look carefully at the list of churches that set the pace for giving to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering for International Missions.
